C and O canal Trip

When: June, 8,9,10
Cost: 15-20 per person, will know for sure when I price food.

Itinerary:
Friday: 4pm Meet at the church to load and go.
             6pm ish: Arrive at campground in Hancock and get set up.
                            Happy hills camp
             7ish: Run shuttle down to end point in Shepardstown, WV

Saturday: 8am up and at em, breakfast, get packed up.
                 930 ish: Hit the trail 25 miles to Hagerstown
               Whenever we get there: Set up camp at Hagerstown KOA
                                                      Hagerstown KOA
                Whenever we get set up: Dinner

Sunday: 8 am: up and at em, breakfast, get packed
              930 ish: Hit the trail to Shepardstown,WV 27 miles
              3-4pm ish: Arrive at end point, load bikes and head home
               6 ish: Arrive back at church


Notes:
Both campgrounds have bathrooms and shower facilities!!! You are welcome!

You are on your own for dinner friday, we will have a snack.

Lots of places in Hancock to eat, or we can all chip in for pizza or whatever.

The camp ground saturday night has a little diner with pizza, wings etc which you will be free to go eat at but it will not change the cost per person.

Menu:
Friday and saturday snack: Honey buns, little donuts, basically snack cakes

Sat Breakfast: French Toast and sausage
Sat lunch: Turkey or ham sandwiches on the trail
Sat Dinner: Spaghetti

Sunday Breakfast: Pancakes and sausage
Sunday Lunch: Turkey or ham sandwiches on the trail

If you want other food, more food etc please bring it along but know that you will be carrying it if it is going on the trail.

THE TIME HAS COME!!!!

Stony fest signifies the beginning of our wild and fun summer!!!!
 We will be setting up at greenhouse park at 5pm on Friday. Breakfast will be from 7-9 or so, Dinner will be 5-7. We will be selling firewood the whole time.


Breakfast
4 boxes of Pancake Mix-Need 3 families

Sausage, 28 links each- Need 3 families

2 bottles of syrup- 1 family

Coffee- 1 family



Dinner
Spaghetti 5 lbs each- 4 families

Salad mix 4 bags each- 4 families

bread 2 loaves each- 4 families


Sauce 5 jars each- 4 families

Meatballs-
We are going to need about 100 meatballs total but I dont know how many come in a bag.
